Proposals submitted electronically before October 1, 2011 may be able to request scheduling preferences, if accepted. Please note that conference organizers cannot guarantee requests, but every effort will be made to accommodate scheduling preferences. Electronic notification of acceptance/rejection will be made on a revolving basis and no later than September 30, 2011. Electronic confirmation of official presentation date and time will be sent by October 31, 2011.
Teacher/Faculty $95
Student $45Proposals submitted electronically will be accepted on a revolving basis until October 15, 2011, but there is no consideration of presenter’s request for specified days and times. Electronic notification of acceptance/rejection will be made by October 31, 2011. Electronic notification of official presentation date and time will be sent by November 7, 2011.
Teacher/Faculty $110
recent graduates of special education, administration, and policy studies are invited to submit proposals for sessions, especially poster sessions.
Student $50
Consistent with the traditions of VA-CEC, submissions may address research, teaching, and service in special educational. Experienced presenters as well as novice professors of special education are encouraged to submit proposals to present at the conference. Exhibitors may pay by check (information is on the registration form) or by credit card through PayPal using one of the Buy Now options below. Please fill out an exhibitor registration form and note method of payment. Payment includes one vendor per table; additional vendors may pay for lunch by registering on the vendor form and by using the appropriate "lunch" button below.
Vendors: $75 for 6' table with skirt
$25 for electricity (if needed)
